Cash refunds are available within 10 days of purchase on items in perfect, unused condition.
After 10 days: exchanges or store gift cards only. Cash refunds are issued only for items with a verified manufacturing defect under normal use.
Sizing exchanges are gladly offered when a purchase was made without the dancer present or online, provided the item meets return conditions.

Condition Requirements: All items are carefully inspected. Merchandise must be in new or like-new condition. Items showing dirt, wear, scuffs, or damage will not be accepted.
