- Cash refunds will only be made if the item involved is faulty under recommended circumstances or a manufacturing defect, otherwise an exchange will be made. If you need a different size due to buying without dancer being with you or online purchase, an exchange will be made.
- All items requested for exchange will be reviewed thoroughly inspecting for any damage. All items must be in new or new like condition to be considered for an exchange. Any dirt, scratches or scuffs will be declined for an exchange.
- Tights & Undergarments are FINAL SALE. Due to Florida health regulations, they may not be returned/exchanged under any circumstances. We are sorry if you bought the wrong color or size…they are not returnable.
