Returns & Exchanges
- Cash refunds are available within 10 days of purchase.
- Item must be in perfect, unused condition.
- After 10 days:
- Exchanges or store gift cards only.
- Cash refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect under normal use.
- Sizing Exchanges:
- If a purchase was made without the dancer present or online, we are happy to offer an exchange for the correct size, provided the item meets return conditions.
- Condition Requirements:
- All items are carefully inspected.
- Merchandise must be in new or like-new condition.
- Items showing dirt, wear, scuffs, or damage will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Tights & undergarments (per Florida health regulations)
- Clearance items
- Re-Dance (consignment) items
Additional Policies
- Pointe shoes are not included in discount promotions unless otherwise noted.
- Special orders are not eligible for discounts.
- Previous purchases cannot be applied to current or pop-up sales.
