Returns & Exchanges

• Cash refunds are available within 10 days of purchase.
• Item must be in perfect, unused condition.
• After 10 days:
• Exchanges or store gift cards only.
• Cash refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect under normal use.
• Sizing Exchanges:
• If a purchase was made without the dancer present or online, we are happy to offer an exchange for the correct size, provided the item meets return conditions.
• Condition Requirements:
• All items are carefully inspected.
• Merchandise must be in new or like-new condition.
• Items showing dirt, wear, scuffs, or damage will not be accepted.

  Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Tights & undergarments (per Florida health regulations)
• Clearance items
• Re-Dance (consignment) items

Additional Policies

• Pointe shoes are not included in discount promotions unless otherwise noted.
• Special orders are not eligible for discounts.
• Previous purchases cannot be applied to current or pop-up sales.
