1 General
1.1 Can I shop without my dancer?

Yes but... We know time constraints. We also know first season dancers love the TLC experience we can give. Your child may be size X in standard shoe sizing but may not account for width or toddler fitting feet. If you must come without your dancer, bring a shoe, draw an outline of their foot and take a picture of their feet without shoes. Hopefully this will reduce or eliminate any exchanges.

1.2 Can I drop in for Pointe Shoes?

Of course you can. Appointments are recommended but are usually able to accommodate at any time. Appointments assure minimal wait times. The weekends, Nutcracker season and recital season can be very busy.

The Owner is a Master Fitter (fitting 10+ years) trained under master fitters of Freed, Grishko, Repetto and Suffolk.

1.4 What are your store hours?

Our store hours may vary from time to time due to student/employee school schedules. Please check the Hours Open page or call the store 813-428-6989

1.5 Are the prices online the same as in the retail location?

The prices online are often lower than what you will find in the retail. Online merchandise doesn't have to be displayed in an expensive storefront and often doesn't need to be held in a warehouse - it can be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer. Even though online prices are often less than in-store, shipping costs can level the playing field or even make online purchases more expensive overall. This is especially true for large or heavy items as the mailing costs jump exponentially.

Simply put, the overhead for the Internet store is lower than the overhead for the brick and mortar stores. With the online stores, you aren't paying rent or for the same number of employees. Let's not forget, utilities, repair & maintenance, plumbing, fixtures, theft etc.

We promise a visit to the store will give you a peice of mind with a correct fitting and reduce unnecessary trips for exchanges. 

1.6 What is your return policy?

Exchange or Gift Card will be issued if the item you purchased is incorrect, does not fit and is in the same condition as it left the store, perfect. 

EXCEPTION:  Due to health reasons, tights are non-returnable. If you are unsure of size, best policy is to go up 1 size. 

1.7 Can I return or exchange tights?

No. Due to health regulations, we do not except returns of any kind for tights. Most dance stores have this policy. If you are unsure of size, best policy is to go up 1 size. Going up 1 size will also reduce undue stress on the fabric that causes most runs.

1.8 Do you have a store located near me?

Yes! We have a brick and mortar store located at 1705 Dale Mabry Highway in the Lutz/Land O'Lakes area (just North of Super Wal-Mart). More selection and variety in our store. Plus clearance items. Any questions, just call 813-428-6989.

1.10 What's the difference between your Retail location and the website?

Our retail location in Lutz (North Tampa) allows our local customers and those visiting the Tampa Bay area to shop in our store and receive the same great selection of dance wear on our website with the personal and professional assistance from our staff. Prices in our retail store may differ from our website.
